Position Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at Top Jobs Call Center, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and their customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about our clients’ products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products/services.
  • Resolve customer complaints swiftly and effectively.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Participate in training sessions and team meetings to promote personal and professional growth.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using computers and handling multiple software applications.
