Job Responsibilities

As a member of our growing team, your tasks will include, but are not limited to:

• Identifying and pursuing new sponsorship opportunities that align with our clients’ brands and goals.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with sponsors, partners, and clients.
• Creating compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations tailored to specific prospects.
• Managing all aspects of the sponsorship process, from initial outreach to final contract negotiations.
• Analyzing market trends and evaluating competitors to keep our offerings competitive.
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful execution of sponsorship agreements.
• Monitoring and evaluating sponsorship performance, providing insights for improvement.

Requirements

To succeed in the role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or sponsorship, preferably in Singapore.
• Strong understanding of strategic partnerships and brand management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for persuasive storytelling.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive attitude and a passion for building meaningful relationships.
• Familiarity with the sponsorship market in Singapore will be a distinct advantage.
