Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service management.
- Proven track record of leading teams in a service-oriented environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric focus.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making.
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in training and developing staff is highly desirable.
