Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze service operations processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
  • Lead a team of service specialists, providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.
  • Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure compliance and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate service operations with sales, marketing, and product development.
  • Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolutions to maintain high levels of customer loyalty.
  • Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Foster a positive team culture that emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in service operations or a similar role, preferably in a leadership capacity (5+ years).
  • Strong knowledge of service delivery frameworks and methodologies, such as ITIL or Six Sigma.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive cross-departmental initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Proficient in service management tools and software applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
