Requirements
To succeed in this Remote CSR Job, you should have:

- Proven experience in customer service or support (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and needed for critical thinking.
- Comfort with technology and various online communication tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings.
