Role and Responsibilities

As a night shift care assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-quality, compassionate care to residents during the night hours.
• Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitoring residents’ physical and emotional wellbeing and reporting any changes to the nursing staff.

Qualifications

To be successful in securing one of our night shift care home jobs, you should meet the following qualifications:
