Job Opportunities Available

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Retail Associate

As a Retail Associate, you will provide exceptional customer service, assist customers with product inquiries, and maintain the store’s visual standards.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers in locating merchandise and answering inquiries.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain clean and organized store displays.
• Participate in inventory management and restocking merchandise.
• Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Previous retail experience is a plus.

2. Food & Beverage Team Member

Be part of our vibrant food and beverage team. Your role will include serving customers and ensuring satisfaction in our restaurants and cafes.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Take customer orders and serve food and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in work areas.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Provide a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
• Qualifications:
• Experience in food service is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

3. Security Staff

Join our security team to ensure the safety and security of customers and staff within Trafford Center.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor premises and ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies as required.
• Provide assistance to customers and staff as needed.
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises.
• Qualifications:
• Previous security experience is an asset.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle stressful situations calmly.
