Position Overview
We are currently looking to fill several positions for Community Mental Health Professionals. These roles are integral to our mission and provide the necessary support, guidance, and advocacy for our clients. As a member of our community mental health team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to improving mental health outcomes while working in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs.
- Create and implement individualized care plans based on clients’ goals.
- Provide therapeutic support and counseling in individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and social service agencies.
- Educate clients and their families about mental health issues and available resources.
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates with diverse backgrounds and experiences. The following qualifications are required:
- A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Current licensure in your respective field (LCSW, LPC, or equivalent).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in community mental health settings preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
