We are seeking a passionate and skilled job search writer to join our growing team. In this role, you will create compelling resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles that resonate with hiring managers and navigate Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). If you possess a knack for storytelling and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their career goals and job search needs.
- Create customized and impactful resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles tailored to different industries and job positions.
- Research current trends in resume writing and job searching to ensure clients receive the most effective advice.
- Provide feedback on job applications and interview preparation techniques.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and best practices for job search writing.
- Continuously improve writing techniques and adapt to market changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Proven experience in resume writing or related fields (preferably 2+ years).
- Strong understanding of resume formatting, ATS systems, and job application processes.
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
- Knowledge of various industries and job roles.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience as a career coach or recruiter.
- Certification in Career Coaching, Resume Writing, or a similar credential.
- Familiarity with online job platforms and professional networking.
