Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Experience in staffing, recruiting, or a customer service role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse candidates.
• Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other virtual communication tools.
