  • Resolve employee relations issues effectively, ensuring fairness and compliance.
  • Implement and manage training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct organizational assessments and develop strategies for workforce planning.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations in the relevant geographical locations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Proficient in using HRMS and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to employee issues.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build effective relationships across the organization.
  • Previous internship or experience in HR is a plus but not mandatory.
