Position Overview

- Stay up-to-date with Dell product updates, new features, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, Dell hardware, and common software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus.
