Job Responsibilities
As a call center representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
- Assisting customers with inquiries, complaints, and support requests
- Providing product and service information to enhance customer satisfaction
- Documenting interactions and maintaining accurate records in our system
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment

Work Environment
This role will be conducted within our busy call center located in a centralized location, with modern facilities and state-of-the-art technology. You will work alongside a diverse team of professionals dedicated to providing exceptional customer experiences. Our call center operates from Monday to Saturday, with fully adjustable shifts designed to suit your availability.
