Job Responsibilities

As a Contract Test Analyst, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing, and executing test plans and test cases based on project requirements.
• Conducting all aspects of functional, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects using our standard tracking tools.
• Collaborating closely with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
• Participating in daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings as part of an Agile team.
• Providing feedback on test processes and suggesting improvements to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Preparing and presenting test progress reports and metrics to stakeholders.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Test Analyst or in a similar QA role, with a minimum of 3 years in testing.
• Familiarity with various testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, or QTP.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail with a passion for delivering quality products.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate effectively with teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
