1. Production Supervisor

Location: Bardstown, KY

As a Production Supervisor, you’ll lead a team of production staff, ensuring quality control, efficiency, and adherence to safety protocols.

• Responsibilities:
• Supervise and train production staff, ensuring high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Monitor production metrics and implement improvements as necessary.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.

2. Marketing Specialist

Location: Louisville, KY

As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll contribute to the planning and execution of marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility and market presence.

• Responsibilities:
• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to optimize marketing efforts.
• Coordinate events and promotional activities.
• Qualifications:

3. Warehouse Associate

Our Warehouse Associates play a vital role in managing inventory and ensuring the smooth operation of our distribution process.

• Responsibilities:
• Assist with the receiving, storing, and shipping of products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records.
• Help with maintaining cleanliness and safety within the warehouse.
• Qualifications:
• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior warehouse experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and operate a forklift is a plus.
