Job Overview

As a registered nurse on the weekend shift, you will play a critical role in delivering quality care to our patients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to develop individualized care plans.

• Communicate effectively with patients and their families regarding care processes and outcomes.
• Assist in coordinating care among interdisciplinary team members.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely in accordance with facility policies.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and preventive care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state where you practice.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
