Roles We Are Hiring For

We are currently looking for passionate individuals to fill several key positions within our organization. These roles are critical in assisting us to deliver our mission effectively. The positions include:

  • Community Health Outreach Coordinator
  • The Community Health Outreach Coordinator will be responsible for implementing outreach programs, developing relationships with community stakeholders, and assessing local health needs.

  • Medical Case Manager

  • Administrative Assistant
