Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate extruder machines to produce various plastic products.

• Assist in the training of new operators on machinery and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or vocational training is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in machine operation, preferably in the extrusion field.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
