Key Responsibilities

• Post job listings on Gumtree, ensuring all content is engaging, accurate, and aligned with our brand voice.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and keywords that enhance the visibility of job postings.
• Collaborate with our recruitment team to create compelling job descriptions that attract the right candidates.
• Monitor and respond to job application queries and messages from prospective candidates.
• Analyze the performance of job postings, making necessary adjustments to content and strategy.
• Maintain an organized database of job listings and applicant resumes to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide weekly reports to management on the performance metrics of posted jobs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in writing and editing job descriptions or related content.
• Knowledge of job posting platforms, especially Gumtree, is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems is an advantage.
