Position Overview

As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for leading projects that enhance the user experience for our products. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, innovative, and user-centered design solutions. This role requires a creative mind with a strong focus on usability and an understanding of current design trends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions.
• Create wireframes, visual designs, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and iterate on product designs.
• Perform usability testing and analyze feedback to refine designs.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and incorporate their feedback.
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in UX and UI design.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in UX design or related field, with a proven portfolio showcasing your work.
• Strong skills in design and prototyping tools (e.g. Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, InVision).
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Solid understanding of design thinking methodologies and user-centered design principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
